Jimmy Jimmy

Made with vodka and liqueur, served in a sour glass.

20 ml / 3/4 ozBlackcurrant vodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozHomemade vanilla vodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozCoffee liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
25 ml / 3/4 ozQuail egg white
5 gVanilla sugar
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Rim a sour glass with vanilla sugar.
  2. Add egg white, lime juice, and sugar syrup to shaker.
  3. Add coffee liqueur and both vodkas to shaker.
  4. Fill with ice and shake thoroughly.
  5. Strain into chilled sour glass.
