Summer Evening In Cannes

Made with vodka, served in a flute.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozBlackcurrant vodka
15 ml / 1/2 ozPassion fruit syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
100 gWatermelon
12 gBlackberry
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle watermelon flesh and two blackberries in a shaker.
  2. Add lime juice, passion fruit syrup, and blackcurrant vodka.
  3. Fill with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain into a chilled flute.
  5. Garnish with a watermelon ball on a skewer.
