Calipso

Made with vodka, liqueur and Angostura bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozVodka
15 ml / 1/2 ozPimento dram
5 ml / 1/4 ozPeach liqueur
3 mlAngostura bitters
15 ml / 1/2 ozHomemade tonka bean syrup
20 ml / 3/4 ozLemon juice
10 ml / 1/4 ozQuail egg white
1Violet flowers
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add quail egg white, lemon juice, and tonka bean syrup to a shaker and dry shake.
  2. Add peach liqueur, pimento dram, and vodka to the shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake again.
  4. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with Angostura bitters and a violet flower.
