Eastern Honey

Made with vodka, served in a rocks glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozGrapefruit vodka
15 ml / 1/2 ozPassion fruit syrup
20 ml / 3/4 ozHoney syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
45 gPassion fruit
30 gOrange
150 gCrushed ice
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, honey syrup and grapefruit vodka to a shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Add more crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with an orange slice and passion fruit pulp.
