Made with vodka and vermouth, served in a collins glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozVodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozRosé vermouth
45 ml / 1 1/2 ozApple juice
25 ml / 3/4 ozVerjus
10 ml / 1/4 ozHoney
5 gRed pepper ground
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add honey, verjus, and apple juice to the glass.
  3. Pour in rosé vermouth and vodka.
  4. Stir the cocktail thoroughly with a mixing spoon.
  5. Garnish with ground red pepper.
