Pushkin Tini

Made with vodka, served in a cocktail glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozVodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
20 gStrawberry
3 gRhubarb
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle strawberry and rhubarb in shaker.
  2. Add vodka, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
  3. Fill with ice and shake.
  4. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
