Maryam Invisible

Made with vodka, served in a rocks glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozHomemade Worcestershire sauce vodka
5 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLemon juice
80 ml / 2 3/4 ozHomemade tomato water
10 ml / 1/4 ozCheese brine
1 gGreen basil
2 mlTabasco sauce
1Pita
320 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Combine lemon juice, cheese brine, and sugar syrup in a shaker.
  3. Add Tabasco sauce, tomato water, and Worcestershire vodka to the shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice, shake, and strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with basil and serve with pita.
