Orange Tini

Made with vodka, served in a cocktail glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozGrapefruit vodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
30 gPomegranate
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle a small pomegranate seed in the shaker.
  2. Add the lemon juice, sugar syrup, and grapefruit vodka.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
