Made with vodka, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozVodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozHoney syrup
150 ml / 5 ozGrapefruit juice
1Orange zest
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add 20 ml honey syrup and 50 ml vodka.
  3. Top with grapefruit juice and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with an orange zest piece.
