Kalinka Malinka

Made with vodka, served in a cocktail glass.

25 ml / 3/4 ozVodka
25 ml / 3/4 ozRaspberry vodka
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
35 gViburnum
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle 4 tablespoons of viburnum in a shaker.
  2. Add 15ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup, 25ml raspberry vodka and 25ml vodka.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and shake.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a viburnum cluster.
