Method
- Cut the top off a sweet pepper, remove seeds, and fill with crushed ice.
- Muddle half a sweet pepper and coriander leaves in a shaker.
- Add vodka, sugar syrup, lemon juice, and ice cubes to the shaker.
- Shake well, strain into the pepper, add more crushed ice, and garnish with coriander.
