Honey Cosmo

Made with vodka and bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozCitrus vodka
1 mlOrange bitters
25 ml / 3/4 ozHoney syrup
20 ml / 3/4 ozApple juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
20 gRaspberry
1Grapefruit zest
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle 4 raspberries in the shaker.
  2. Add citrus vodka, lemon juice, apple juice, and honey syrup.
  3. Add orange bitters.
  4. Fill with ice and shake well.
  5. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  6. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
