Day and Night

Method

1. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice to the top.
2. Muddle half a stalk of finely chopped lemongrass and 5 strawberries in a shaker.
3. Add 15 ml lemon juice, 20 ml cinnamon syrup and 50 ml vodka to the shaker.
4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake.
5. Strain into the highball glass.
6. Add more crushed ice and garnish with a lemongrass stalk and half a strawberry.
