Double Pleasure

Made with vodka, served in a margarita glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozHomemade pepper vodka
15 ml / 1/2 ozSpiced syrup
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozPeach juice
90 gStrawberry
10 gChili pepper
60 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Place 4 strawberries in a blender.
  2. Add 50 ml peach juice, 15 ml spiced syrup and 40 ml homemade pepper vodka.
  3. Add crushed ice and blend.
  4. Pour into a chilled margarita glass.
  5. Garnish with chili pepper and half a strawberry.
