The Spirit of '57

Made with vodka, liqueur and bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

35 ml / 1 1/4 ozVodka
15 ml / 1/2 ozMandarin liqueur
2 mlPeach bitters
35 ml / 1 1/4 ozOrange juice
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
10 gDragon fruit
15 gStarfruit
1Pineapple leaves
1Orange zest
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour lime juice, orange juice, mandarin liqueur, and vodka into a shaker.
  2. Add peach bitters, fill with ice, and shake.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with starfruit, dragon fruit, orange zest, and pineapple leaves on a skewer.
