Vanilla Collins

Made with vodka, served in a collins glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozHomemade vanilla vodka
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
20 ml / 3/4 ozSchisandra syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozSoda water
80 gLemon
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add lime juice, sugar syrup, schisandra syrup, and vanilla vodka.
  3. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with lemon slices.
