Lily Rose

Made with vodka, served in a highball glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozCitrus vodka
15 ml / 1/2 ozRose syrup
5 ml / 1/4 ozGrenadine
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
1 mlRose water
25 ml / 3/4 ozQuail egg white
30 gPeach purée
1Rose petals
380 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add peach purée to the shaker.
  3. Pour in quail egg white, lime juice, grenadine, rose syrup, and citrus vodka.
  4. Fill shaker with ice and shake well.
  5. Strain into the highball glass.
  6. Spray with rose water and garnish with a rose petal.
