Spirited Away

Made with vodka, served in a highball glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozVodka
10 ml / 1/4 ozGreen apple syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozSpiced syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
70 ml / 2 1/4 ozSprite
40 gLemon
30 gOrange
15 gRosemary
10 gGinger root
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Place ginger, rosemary and muddle in highball glass.
  2. Fill highball glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add lemon juice, green apple syrup, spiced syrup and vodka.
  4. Top with Sprite and stir gently.
  5. Add more crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with orange slice, rosemary sprig and lemon slice.
