Raspberry Cheesecake

Made with vodka, served in a cocktail glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozHomemade vanilla vodka
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
5 ml / 1/4 ozStill water
5 ml / 1/4 ozMilk
5 gCream cheese
25 gRaspberry puree
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add raspberry puree to a shaker.
  2. Add sugar syrup and vanilla vodka.
  3. Fill with ice and shake.
  4. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  5. Mix cream cheese with milk and water in a siphon.
  6. Add foam from siphon as garnish.
