Clubland

Made with vodka, vermouth and sherry, served in a champagne coupe.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozVodka
10 ml / 1/4 ozWhite vermouth
10 ml / 1/4 ozDry vermouth
5 ml / 1/4 ozPedro Ximenez sherry
1 mlAngostura bitters
1Orange zest
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour Pedro Ximenez sherry, white vermouth, dry vermouth, and vodka into a mixing glass.
  2. Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir.
  4. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe.
  5. Garnish with an orange zest.
