Hazelnut Espresso Martini

Made with vodka and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozVodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozCoffee liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozHazelnut syrup
30 ml / 1 ozEspresso coffee
15 ml / 1/2 ozHeavy cream
5 gMaraschino cherry
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour the vodka, coffee liqueur, hazelnut syrup, and espresso into a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Float a layer of heavy cream on top using a spoon.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
