Method
- Fill a highball glass with crushed ice to the top.
- Add passion fruit pulp and squeeze 5ml of ginger root juice into a shaker.
- Pour in 50ml orange juice, 15ml honey syrup, and 40ml spiced vodka.
- Add 1 clove, 1 star anise, a pinch of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of ground ginger.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain through a strainer and sieve into the highball glass.
- Add 10ml pomegranate juice and top with a little more crushed ice.
- Garnish with an orange slice, a star anise, and a mint sprig.
