Bad Teacher

Made with vodka, served in a cocktail glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozVodka
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 3/4 ozApple juice
120 gApple
1 gCardamom
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle cardamom seeds and half a green apple in the shaker.
  2. Add lemon juice and muddle.
  3. Pour in apple juice, sugar syrup, and vodka.
  4. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  5. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  6. Garnish with apple slices.
