Watermelon Tini

Made with vodka, served in a cocktail glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozVodka
10 ml / 1/4 ozWatermelon syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
150 gWatermelon
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle watermelon flesh in a shaker.
  2. Add lime juice, watermelon syrup, sugar syrup, and vodka.
  3. Fill with ice and shake.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a watermelon slice.
