Vanilla Smash

Made with vodka, served in a highball glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozHomemade vanilla vodka
25 ml / 3/4 ozYellow apple syrup
30 ml / 1 ozApple juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozSoda water
10 gApple
7 gMint
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Muddle mint in a highball glass.
  2. Fill with crushed ice.
  3. Add lemon juice, apple juice, apple syrup, and vanilla vodka.
  4. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  5. Add more crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with apple slice and mint sprig.
