Made with vodka, vermouth and amaro, served in a coupe glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozVodka
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozRed vermouth
20 ml / 3/4 ozAmaro
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozGinger beer
30 gOrange
20 gStrawberry
15 gCucumber
1 gMint
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a coupe glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add lemon juice, red vermouth, amaro, and vodka.
  3. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with cucumber strips, orange slice, and mint on a skewer.
