Infernal Affairs

Made with vodka and liqueur.

15 ml / 1/2 ozCitrus vodka
10 ml / 1/4 ozStrawberry liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozPassion fruit syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLemon juice
90 gPassion fruit
20 gStrawberry

Method

  1. Cut passion fruit in half and remove pulp from one half.
  2. Pour 10ml passion fruit syrup into the empty half.
  3. Layer 10ml strawberry liqueur, 10ml lemon juice and 15ml citrus vodka using a cocktail spoon.
  4. Serve with passion fruit half and strawberry.
