Made with vodka and Prosecco, served in a rocks glass.

60 ml / 2 ozVodka
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozProsecco
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice

Method

  1. Muddle fennel root and 3 strawberries in a rocks glass.
  2. Add lime juice, sugar syrup, and vodka.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Top with Prosecco and stir.
  5. Garnish with strawberry and fennel.
