Apple Pie

Made with vodka and liqueur, served in a champagne coupe.

20 ml / 3/4 ozHomemade vanilla vodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozHomemade biscuit vodka
25 ml / 3/4 ozYellow apple liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozCinnamon syrup
25 ml / 3/4 ozApple juice
20 gApple
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add apple juice, cinnamon syrup, apple liqueur, vanilla vodka, and biscuit vodka to a shaker.
  2. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  3. Strain through strainer and fine mesh into chilled champagne coupe.
  4. Garnish with a green apple bird.
