Bugsy's Rose

Made with vodka, served in a rocks glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozVodka
15 ml / 1/2 ozRose syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime cordial
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozSoda water
1Rose petals
320 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Combine vodka, rose syrup, lime cordial, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well and strain into the rocks glass.
  4. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a rose petal.
