Made with vodka and liqueur, served in a sling glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozVodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozMango liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozPassion fruit syrup
150 gVanilla ice cream
15 gStarfruit
30 gMango
90 gPassion fruit
5 gPhysalis
60 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Blend vanilla ice cream with mango and passion fruit flesh.
  2. Add passion fruit syrup, mango liqueur, and vodka to the blender.
  3. Add crushed ice and blend thoroughly.
  4. Pour into a sling glass.
  5. Garnish with physalis and starfruit slice.
