Captive

Made with vodka, served in a champagne coupe.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozVodka
10 ml / 1/4 ozGinger syrup
60 ml / 2 ozPineapple juice
30 gPeach
1Rose petals
60 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Place a peeled and quartered peach in a blender.
  2. Add 60 ml pineapple juice, 10 ml ginger syrup, and 40 ml vodka.
  3. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend.
  4. Pour into a chilled champagne coupe.
  5. Garnish with a rose petal.
