Currant Cosmo

Made with vodka and triple sec, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozBlackcurrant vodka
10 ml / 1/4 ozTriple sec
10 ml / 1/4 ozBlackcurrant syrup
20 gLime
15 gRedcurrant
10 gBlackcurrant
1Orange zest
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle blackcurrants and lime in a shaker.
  2. Add blackcurrant vodka, triple sec, and blackcurrant syrup.
  3. Fill with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Express orange zest over the drink.
  6. Garnish with redcurrant sprig and berries.
