Love Actually

Made with Prosecco and vodka, served in a flute.

20 ml / 3/4 ozHomemade vanilla vodka
80 ml / 2 3/4 ozProsecco
15 ml / 1/2 ozHoney syrup
60 gMandarin puree
10 gMandarin
5 gSugar
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Rim the flute with sugar.
  2. Add mando puree to a mixing glass.
  3. Add honey syrup, vanilla vodka and Prosecco.
  4. Fill with ice and stir gently.
  5. Strain into a chilled flute.
  6. Garnish with a mandarin slice on a skewer.
