Crown Melon

Made with Prosecco, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozProsecco
60 ml / 2 ozHomemade melon mix
1 gDill
1 gEdible gold leaf
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add the homemade melon mix to a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  4. Top with Prosecco.
  5. Garnish with dill and edible gold leaf.

About the Crown Melon

The Crown Melon is a sour cocktail based on Prosecco. It combines the effervescence of the wine with the sweetness of melon and a hint of dill.
