Made with Prosecco, mezcal and aromatised wine, served in a flute.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozMezcal
10 ml / 1/4 ozStrega
20 ml / 3/4 ozItalico
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozProsecco
20 ml / 3/4 ozLemon juice
5 gKumquat
1 gGreen basil
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour lemon juice, Strega, Italico, and mezcal into a shaker.
  2. Fill shaker with ice and shake thoroughly.
  3. Strain into a chilled flute.
  4. Top up with Prosecco.
  5. Garnish with a basil leaf and half a kumquat.
