Made with Prosecco and liqueur, served in a flute.

20 ml / 3/4 ozBlackcurrant liqueur
120 ml / 4 ozProsecco
5 gMaraschino cherry

Method

  1. Pour 20 ml blackcurrant liqueur into a flute.
  2. Add 120 ml Prosecco.
  3. Gently stir with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
