Grand Mimosa

Made with Prosecco and liqueur, served in a flute.

10 ml / 1/4 ozDry Orange liqueur
120 ml / 4 ozProsecco
30 ml / 1 ozOrange juice
1Orange zest
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour orange juice and dry orange liqueur into a shaker.
  2. Fill shaker with ice and shake.
  3. Strain into a chilled flute.
  4. Top with Prosecco and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with orange zest.
