Normand Smash

Made with Prosecco and Calvados, served in a highball glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozCalvados
120 ml / 4 ozProsecco
20 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
20 gLime
3 gMint
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Muddle mint leaves, lime quarter, and sugar syrup in a highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add Calvados and top with Prosecco.
  4. Gently stir with a cocktail spoon.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
