Arnaud’s French 75

Made with Prosecco and cognac, served in a flute.

37.5 ml / 1 1/4 ozCognac
90 ml / 3 ozProsecco
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLemon juice
1Orange zest
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour lemon juice, sugar syrup, and Cognac into a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake.
  3. Strain into a chilled flute glass.
  4. Top with Prosecco and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a long orange zest.
