Method
- Add white port, Italico, cardamom bitters and pineapple quinine liqueur to a shaker.
- Fill with ice, close and roll vertically between hands for several minutes.
- Strain into a chilled flute and top with prosecco.
- Garnish with dried pineapple and two orchid flowers.
