Method
- Place orange zest, apple slice and one green grape in a cognac glass.
- Add 20ml Southern Comfort, 20ml cinnamon liqueur and 5ml Amaretto.
- Set the cocktail on fire while rotating the glass.
- After 30 seconds, pour into a rocks glass.
- Drink it all at once.
About the Fruit Blazer
A spicy, fruity shot cocktail based on liqueurs with cinnamon, amaretto and Southern Comfort. It's prepared with apple, green grape and orange zest, then set aflame.
