Secret Fizz

Made with Prosecco and Bénédictine.

10 ml / 1/4 ozBénédictine
110 ml / 3 3/4 ozProsecco
15 ml / 1/2 ozRaspberry syrup
5 ml / 1/4 ozGrenadine
40 gStrawberry
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle two strawberries in a shaker.
  2. Add raspberry syrup, grenadine, and Bénédictine.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  4. Strain into a chilled flute glass.
  5. Top with Prosecco and stir gently.
