Black Tail Rum & Cola

Made with Prosecco, rum and Fernet-Branca, served in a highball glass.

30 ml / 1 ozWhite rum
3 mlFernet-Branca
120 ml / 4 ozProsecco
1 mlJerry Thomas bitters
25 ml / 3/4 ozHomemade cola syrup
3 mlHomemade citrus oil
2Ice cube

Method

  1. Add 2 ice cubes to a highball glass.
  2. Pour in 25 ml homemade cola syrup and 3 ml Fernet-Branca.
  3. Add 1 dash Jerry Thomas bitters and 30 ml white rum.
  4. Fill with Prosecco and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  5. Garnish with 3 ml homemade citrus oil.
