About the Hugo
The Hugo is a light, bubbly aperitif with floral and herbal notes. It combines Prosecco with elderflower syrup and seltzer for a refreshing character.
History
Created in 2005 by Roland Gruber in South Tyrol as an alternative to Spritz Veneziano.
