Northern Lights

Made with Prosecco and vodka, served in a cocktail glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozGrapefruit vodka
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozProsecco
5 gRosemary
15 ml / 1/2 ozHoney
1Lemon zest
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle rosemary in a mixing glass, then add honey and grapefruit vodka.
  2. Fill with ice and stir, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Layer prosecco on top and garnish with lemon zest.
