Made with Prosecco and rum, served in a wine glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhite rum
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozProsecco
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
40 gStrawberry
10 gBlueberry
5 gRaspberry
2 gRedcurrant
12 gBlackberry
1 gMint
10 gSugar
80 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Place berries and mint in a wine glass. Add sugar and muddle.
  2. Fill glass with crushed ice. Add lime juice and white rum.
  3. Top with Prosecco and stir gently. Add more ice if needed.
  4. Garnish with raspberries, blueberries, and redcurrant.
