Method
- Rim a Hurricane glass with sugar and fill with ice cubes.
- Blend 5 strawberries with strawberry syrup until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry puree into the Hurricane glass.
- Top with Prosecco and gently stir with a cocktail spoon.
- Garnish with a half strawberry on a cocktail pick and an orange slice.
