Royal Mojito

Made with rum and Prosecco, served in a wine glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhite rum
30 ml / 1 ozProsecco
25 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice

80 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Place mint in a wine glass and fill with crushed ice.
  2. Add lime juice, sugar syrup, and white rum.
  3. Pour in Prosecco and stir gently.
  4. Add more crushed ice, garnish with lime and mint.
