Imposter

Made with rum and liqueur, served in a sling glass.

25 ml / 3/4 ozWhite rum
20 ml / 3/4 ozGold rum
15 ml / 1/2 ozDark rum
20 ml / 3/4 ozApricot liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozPineapple juice
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
1 gMint
350 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a sling glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add lime juice, pineapple juice, sugar syrup, apricot liqueur, gold rum, and white rum to a shaker.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and shake.
  4. Strain into sling glass.
  5. Float dark rum on top.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig.

About the Imposter

A strong, sweet tropical rum-based sour drink with multiple rums and mint. The apricot and pineapple give it a fruity character.
